Static Dress Brooklyn Concert reviews
Need a clock
Static Dress put on a good show, I must say. The rest of the story goes like this: An email informed me that there was no opening act, so BE ON TIME for the 8 o'clock show. Despite the warning, the show didn't start until 9:15, which was quite frustrating. People had to leave early to relieve their babysitter, and this lack of punctuality is simply unacceptable. The concert in Kansas City the night before had the same issue of starting late. Time matters to people, and the overtime for police presence raises questions about who covers the costs. Moreover, the disappointment continued as the concert ended with sold-out maple bacon bars from Hurts Donuts. Static Dress didn't live up to expectations, especially when he left the stage on his own terms instead of considering the crowd's wishes.
